What it is
LeadStagesPro runs permanent-lighting companies end to end: door-to-door lead mapping, quoting with signature and deposit, install scheduling, payroll with Gusto export, and role-assigned training.
The problem it solves
Lighting crews knock, quote, install, and pay commissions across four disconnected tools. Margin gets lost between the sale and the install, and payroll turns into a weekend of spreadsheet math.

Build the quote at the door, capture a signature, take the deposit, and keep a card on file for the final charge.
Install pipeline
Schedule crews, log photos and materials, complete the job, and auto-charge the balance on completion.
Payroll and true margin
Commissions, setter splits, and install pay calculated automatically, exported to Gusto, with margin reported after payroll and materials.

Built with Lovable + Supabase — a real database, authentication, and server-side logic behind the front end. Same stack I use for client work, which is why I can ship features instead of just pages.
