What it is
QuotusMaximus runs an entire service company in one app: every lead, quote, job, invoice, material order, payroll check, and training module — with a different view for admins, managers, sales, installers, and schedulers.
The problem it solves
Service businesses stitch together a CRM, a quoting tool, a scheduler, spreadsheets for payroll, and a group chat. Nothing reconciles, and nobody can answer what a job actually made.

Build a quote, get it approved, turn it into a job, order materials, then collect payment without leaving the record.

Pay periods, commission lines, installer pay, and check approvals calculated from completed jobs instead of a spreadsheet.

Built with Lovable + Supabase — a real database, authentication, and server-side logic behind the front end. Same stack I use for client work, which is why I can ship features instead of just pages.
